SunuBiz has signed a reciprocal exclusive agreement with Yucheng Industry, pairing a single accountable sourcing partner in mainland China with exclusive rights across eleven West African markets. The first farm and processing packages for Senegal are already being specified.

West African agriculture does not lack land, water or ambition. It lacks machines that arrive on time, work in the heat and can be repaired locally. For most operators the route to that equipment is fragmented, opaque and expensive. We went to Shandong to change that for SunuBiz, and for the markets we intend to serve.
We spent ten days on factory floors, in greenhouse parks and in negotiation rooms. We looked at four-wheel tractors being assembled, walked through glass-house hydroponic systems, climbed inside modular housing units and reviewed drone spraying systems. At every stop we asked the same question: what will work reliably on the ground in Senegal, at a price that makes sense?
The trip closed with the agreement we set out to win. Yucheng Industry is now our exclusive sourcing partner in mainland China, and SunuBiz is Yucheng’s exclusive partner across eleven West African markets. That gives us a single accountable counterparty in China and a protected position across eleven neighbouring markets we already know well.
We also built the partnership the way an investor would want it built. Every supplier is verified before we commit. Every major package is competed between factories. Independent inspectors sign off before goods are loaded, and nothing is accepted until it performs on our site. Discipline at the start is what lets a supply line grow.
The first packages are moving from specification to order. You will hear from us again when the first containers are on the water.
Each party commits its side of the corridor to the other. Yucheng cannot supply covered products into our territories through anyone else, directly or through a third country. SunuBiz places its China orders for those products through Yucheng.

Cross-border procurement fails in predictable places: unverified counterparties, a single source, goods shipped before anyone checks them. Our framework closes each of those gaps before an order is placed.
Company registration, ownership and signing authority are confirmed before any order is placed.
Major packages are competed between several qualified factories and compared on technical fit, durability and service.
Every item carries an English and Chinese description, model, maker and measurable specification. No substitutions without approval.
Order-by-order status, materials, tests and photographs, with any delay escalated within one business day.
SunuBiz appoints its own inspector. Full-load tests and serial-number checks come before written shipment release.
Packing plans, loading video, container and seal numbers, and authentic transport documents for every shipment.
Transport to the SunuBiz facility is managed and insured end to end.
Equipment is accepted only when it performs to specification at the destination.
The Senegal farm is the proving ground. Each package is specified for ambient heat up to 45 °C, dust, humidity and local servicing, and is designed to be repeated across the territory.

An eight-span, nine-bay film greenhouse with misting, fertigation, drip lines and shade netting, designed for Senegal by Shandong Hualiang.

Two 25 HP walking tractors with a shared implement set for vegetable beds, and a broad-acre fleet schedule from 160 to 260 HP for rice.

A 50 kWh LiFePO4 bank with a three-phase hybrid inverter that runs off-grid and takes generator backup, paired with automated fertigation for the growing areas.
A compact, shared-equipment line with SS304 food-contact surfaces, turning Senegalese produce into shelf-ready products.

A 100-tray hydroponic fodder system for the dry season, alongside heat-tolerant alfalfa and Vega papaya planting material.

Spraying and mapping drones under evaluation to cut input costs and cover large blocks quickly with a small crew.
The Senegal packages are the first test of a corridor designed for scale. SunuBiz is developing an agro-industrial programme across nine project lines, anchored by a 100,000-hectare riverine concession in the Bafatá Region of Guinea-Bissau held under a 90-year government concession contract.
Every machine we qualify now, every factory we audit and every shipment we insure builds the playbook for that programme, and for the customers across our eleven markets who need the same equipment.
